Η O2design μπορεί να σας παρέχει συνεχή υποστήριξη για τον Σύλλογό σας. Για την ενδυνάμωση του οποίου προτείνουμε πέραν της δημοσίευσης ΦΕΚ και δελτίων τύπου, και δημιουργία καμπάνιας Newsletter προς ενημέρωση των ενδιαφερόμενων χρηστών.
Υποστήριξη
Οι υπηρεσίες υποστήριξης περιλαμβάνουν: Τεχνική Υποστήριξη Ιστοσελίδας 1. Συντήρηση και αναβαθμίσεις συστήματος (πλατφόρμα, σερβερ, πρόσθετα, θέμα) 2. Εμπλουτισμός σελίδων 3. Προσθήκη νέων λειτουργιών 4. Προσθήκες Άρθρων (Δελτία τύπου, ΦΕΚ κλπ) Marketing 1. Δημιουργία λογαριασμού Mailchimp 2. Εμπλουτισμός & διαχείρηση subscribers 3. Δημιουργία καμπάνιας και αποστολής Newsletter Επιμέρους IT 1. Διαχείριση Domain Records 2. Δημιουργία και διαχείριση Email Accounts (Microsoft)
Πακέτα Υποστήριξης
Για τις υπηρεσίες υποστήριξης σας προτείνουμε τις παρακάτω επιλογές: 1. Προαγορά Ωρών : Πακέτο 10 ωρών - 450€ (ελάχιστος χρόνος χρέωσης 1/2 ώρα) ή 2. Υποστήριξη on-demand: 55€/ώρα (ελάχιστος χρόνος χρέωσης 1 ώρα)

The project will commence upon receipt of your acceptance of this offer, along with a pre-invoice for 30% of the total agreed amount.
Payment Schedule:
1.30% Down Payment: A pre-invoice will be issued upon acceptance of the proposal, payable to initiate the project.
2.50% Progress Payment: A pre-invoice will be issued upon completion of Phase II: Development, before deployment.
3.20% Final Payment: A pre-invoice will be issued after deployment and project acceptance, payable within 5 days.
Please note that all pre-invoices must be paid within 5 days of issuance to ensure project continuity. Final invoices will be issued after each payment is received.
