Context and Objectives
O2design is a Web design & Development company that emphasizes in client’s needs, making beautiful websites and web apps, offering support for upscaling companies.
The goal for the website "biostarks.com" is to help the company:
Improve brand perception and show the company kits in a way that new clients will embrace. Use wordpress capabilities for better SEO strategy and ad campaigns. Sell the products through WooCommerce platform.
To achieve those objectives, the O2design team will be in charge of:
• Developing the website, following GPL's mockups • Offering on-demand support after the initial launch of the site.
The features of the website will be:
• WordPress Platform • Woocommerce e-shop Platform • Multi Language • Connection with Banks • Connection with symfony API • Import customers, coupons and orders from previous prestashop • SEO friendly and ready for campaigns • B2B2C functionality • Registration Groups with discounts • Option for future pages to add
The workflow of this project will be separated in the above stages::
Stage A • Customising the template • Add metadata in photos • E-shop integration • Build Catalog Stage B • Create the unique page layouts (21 pages) • Homepage development • About us pages • The Science & Biomarkers pages • Biomarkers pages • Product pages • Blog addition • Footer pages development (legal mentions, privacy policy, security guaranties, terms of use) • Responsiveness for every page • Finalise the english version Stage C • Create the rest of the pages (~20 pages) • Multi-language functionality addition Stage D (not included) • French and German language addition • Add SEO metadata per page, post, url and per language • Finalise site functionality (cookies etc) • Finalise Backup strategy • Finalise Security strategy • Quality Control Stage E • Speed Optimisation Stage F (not included) • Connect with Bank • Connect with Symfony • Connect with logistics (fedex, odoo etc.) • Finalise Payment, shipping methods and cart • Tests • Import Orders, Coupons and Customers (as a last step) • Switch from mybiopassport.com to biostarks.com • Redirect old links
The final deliverable for this project will be a fully functional website with limitless possibilities.
