The goal of the ongoing support arrangement with NADclinic is to streamline the management of Microsoft licenses, optimize the use of existing services, and integrate these with current operations to enhance productivity and security
The main objectives for NADclinic are to: 1. Ongoing Management of Microsoft Licenses: • Continuously manage and track Microsoft licenses for all users. 2. Support for Microsoft Services Integration: • Provide support for the integration of Microsoft Outlook Calendar with existing systems. • Assist with identifying and addressing any limitations related to free licenses, recommending upgrades as needed. 3. Support for Azure Services: • Offer support for managing Microsoft Entra for secure application registration and client password creation.
To achieve these objectives, the O2design team will be responsible for: • Microsoft License Management: • Regularly reviewing and adjusting license allocations to ensure all users have appropriate access to the services needed. • Identifying any gaps or overlaps in licensing to optimize cost and efficiency on an ongoing basis. • Azure Services Optimization: Regularly managing Microsoft Entra configurations to maintain compliance and security. • Providing ongoing support and recommendations for the effective use of Azure services. • Ongoing Support: Offering continuous, on-demand support to ensure the smooth operation of all systems and rapid resolution of any issues that arise.
The O2design team is committed to providing NADclinic with expert, ongoing support to optimize the use of Microsoft services, enhance system integration, and ensure secure and compliant operations. We look forward to helping NADclinic achieve its goals and maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency.
There is a monthly support fee of €500, which covers up to 10 hours of work. For any additional hours beyond the initial 10, the rate is €50 per hour.
Payments should be completed within 7 days of the invoice date. Note that VAT is not charged.
